Since the merger, ENN's holding of STO as a percentage has dropped. It did have 9.9% of 2billion shares pre merger. Now ENN have 6% of the total 3.3billion shares that now make up the merged entity.
No shares have been bought or sold in this notice. They still have over 207million shares.
