I’m no expert in any of these matters but they announced on the 29th March that they expected to commence on the 7th April and that they needed an extension for a further 2 months .
surely there are rules that they have to adhere to where by either another extension is requested or something has to be announced ?
this is now over a month later than they extended by there has to be some kind of rules in place otherwise the silence could just go on forever until someone could be bothered to announce anything .
