Rob Leslie held ~7mn shares in Aug/Sept 2021 and per the screenshot above, he's still holding 7mn, thus it cannot be him. I do wonder who is using Citi as their broker - it cannot be Management otherwise a notice would have been issued to the market.
Potentially Regal is doing some selling, however it would be less than 1% of shares outstanding otherwise a Change to Substantial Holding would have also been released.
Undoubtedly interesting times ahead!
