Potentially Regal is doing some selling, however it would be less than 1% of shares outstanding otherwise a Change to Substantial Holding would have also been released.

it could be anyone but I think it's regal or perennial, the trading volume is so low now and the range is very tight, loose hands are pretty much gone I would say, especially retailers, diamond hands are still here lol hope we will be rewarded soon. Mr White please show us your magic
