    As Richard White has exceeded the 20% shareholding limit / threshold does it mean he has to make a takeover bid? when would the 3% 'creep' provisions apply in this situation? Can he 'get out of jail' (I mean not have to make a takeover bid) by immediately selling down to just below 20%
