You can clearly see whats happening here, it wont be long imho, the price could drop below 2.8cps given the SOI, if Blackstone acquire the remaining 3.27% of shares allowable to increase their holding to the 19.99% then both company's will have total control together with approx a 40% holding, this puts them in a very strong position of a takeover as I have been stating well before and ever since Colonel Klink started his accumulation of this company.

The SOI have increased by a staggering 300% in the space of just over 12 months that is something no company would be proud of unless of course the company was already mining, which is a bloody long way from happening with this mob, then those who have control would want to keep the SP as low as possible, why because then they dont have to pay out as much on the first offer in a takeover, its called very astute and intelligent business acumen, think about it if you were either CEO of these 2 Companies who are in bed together with their connections what would you want as the Managing Directors.

Imho what one would want is to get the company as cheap as possible, if that means suppressing the SP then they will get their cronies to do it, dont forget Company Directors are like Sharks at a feeding frenzy they will stiff anybody when or if the situation suits them and as I have said many times b4 the Directors of Corazon/Delphi and Blackstone dont give a sheet about anybody especially Mum an Dad investors they will bend you over an drive you up the greek highway at the drop of a hat and at this time Delphi and Blackstone are driving the Bus to wherever they want it to be which in the wash up will only benefit them as it normally does after greasing the palms of others.

So if a takeover was to eventuate then one could estimate a figure of around 5 to 6 cps would be a fair price which would be around 75% of its current SP, wonder how many who continued to fall into the Vats Pre and Post Consolidation of around 6cps and above would be feeling after being diluted by nearly 70% of their holdings at the time and since, probably be nauseated with the conduct of how this mob continues to erode their value, but hey remember to its only one drill hole as @prawnman has stated unfortubately Lynn Lake resembles the Swiss plenty of empty holes or is that empty heads.
