Amigos, a takeover is out of the question. Blackstone is flat out setting up its mining/processing/exploration operations in Vietnam. Also it has an MOU with Corazon for both companies to work together to share information, technologies and processing facitities. As for Delphi, it is an investment fund and has holdings in several Aussie miners, with no intention to take them over. Delphi sees the opportunity for capital gains during the current exploration boom that is underway to meet the needs of the green energy revolution. So it looks likely that these two cornerstone investors reckon Corazon is a good investment and they are not going to allow a takeover undercut their investments. These two companies took up their offers in full. Why? They know how important it is for Corazon to have $10 million in the biscuit tin in order to carry out its plans. Corazon needs this money to carry out exploration, metallurgy & mining studies at Lynn Lake so that the JORC reosurce is increased and prepared for mining/processing. Also Corazon can now get the exploration underway at Miriam with geophysics and drilling in 2022. Previous drilling in 1969 by Anaconda found good intercepts of vey high grade nickel. Maybe Corazon also could be looking for platinum group metals at Miriam? My crystal ball is telling me that we should get progress announcements on Miriam and Lynn Lake soon. Good luck all.
