Good to see you finally acknowledge there are issues in the mining sector, along with assay turn a round times ,permit delays to name but a few. Its one of the downsides to high commodity prices, everyone wants a slice of the action...being small probably doesn't help.

Baby boomers with vast experience are in the retirement zone and aren't easy to replace , just another issue to add to the collection.

Its not just the miners but associated parties, its tough out there at the moment, much like the construction industry over here , shortage of skilled workers and shortage of materials but like most things it eventually gets sorted them we have a glut of everything...
