They could have bought a half the shares when the SP was under .20c in early Feb. PS. WA vs Eastern Australia. My spec. mining shares MC in WA are 30% to 1800% higher then RVR. (Note they are or will be OP ) 3rd Wave is a WA based investment company I think they can see RVR MC is way undervalued.
