When API was acquired the takeover report to back up the purchase price analysed the Multiple of a number of companies in a somewhat similar industry, one of which was BWX. This transaction was a range of 12-13 multiple.
BWX is currently trading at a multiple of HALF the comparable multiples in the valuation report.
at the current share price this stock (with updated guidance) appears cheap. That being said with the general share markets on a downward spiral I suspect lower share price movement.
However, in my opinion this stock is a $2.20 ish stock. I would be more than happy to offload mine at that price.
