I can think of one reason and its called Elon Musk
Elon is leveraged to the hill with his shares as collateral for his Twitter play and now wants out as Tesla SP is on a dive so he would need cash or be liquidated .
Same goes for Software Boy and his company SP is on the slide but signed on the dotted line so how low does the SP of his company need to go before he needs cold hard cash or is liquidated . Is his win enough to hold of liquidation this time
