The BOD should all be fired.

The EBITDA multiple they achieved for the Telstra network was significantly less than what other license holders achieved.

They have left far far to much corporate overhead in play for frankly a pretty small business.

They have an expensive ASX structure, for a sub scale business..

They do not have anywhere near enough capital available to get Artisan large enough to achieve the required scale.

They should sell Artisan immediately, close down the company, and return all funds to shareholders, before they evaporate anymore of it, on a futile exercise.
