    on the positive side i did some research into the google reviews that they are getting in their clinics and it looks favourable so the premium fitout/service model may be attracting the high end customer who wants to come regularly so they may have their segmentation and marketing strategy right. i know google review are not perfect but everything helps a nervous investor...
