Mirabelle has circa $130K in stock: less than 1 years remuneration as a director
Wilson has just $32.5K.
Connors has just $25K.
Connors is far far more interested in the $1.4M a year he earns, than the SP and his meager holdings.
Horne is far far more interested in the $100M she has outside VTG, than the lousy $4.2M in exposure she has here now.
You have muddle up this bit as well...
The board isn't really as aligned with you and your interests as you think......
PS, how do you define a "serious investor"?
