I agree most of your points, well summarized and professional but as far as I know it’s not back door listing, it’s takeover, the reason of the long delay until suspended, could be not only catering for manipulation & accumulation, kicking out weak hands, but also major shareholders wanna paying at lower SP when CR again to finalize the takeover.

unfortunately I got no idea of what the new business is, but if it’s semiconductor associated, SE1 has great chance to repeat BRN.
