If the top two shareholders (FG and Madison Park LLC) didn't have a vote, then AW and the whole board would likely be history, AW certainly wouldn't be getting any of those options. The fact that they don't hold the rest of management (especially AW) accountable for the company's progress is why their holding is currently worth peanuts. FG has a lot to answer for. He hired him, he can fire him.
