DIrectors and key senior staff can only trade in a narrow window, where to the best of their knowledge, theres no facts not in the public sphere, that could significantly influence the SP one way or another ... so, its steady as she goes, but whenever Matt buys a big chunk that improves sentiment.
Now that Matt controls almost !/6th of the shares on issue and has a few options as well, I presume he can be BCB king maker ?
SMR + BCB possible ?? Shouldn't be a problem as they're not competing domestically, but up against some big O/S rivals.
