Another question I would like to pose. Why are we not told who were the major buyers in the recent CR? Surely they already would be substantial holders and there they would have to make announcements about an increase in substantial holdings. If not who participated in the CR?
Maybe they were only brokers, who intend to off load over the next 12 months? Questions, questions.
