    Agree. Infrastructure maybe the problem giving rise to the selling. .Somebody is concluding this, but is it enough to force them into being unable to pay their bills for the next 2 quarters because they definitely have got enough the next quarter. Either that or a big holder is not happy about something. Its not all shorting.
