This notice shows they haven’t sold a single share since their last notice in November when the share price was 41c. I recall they bought half of Kojent’s holdings.
All holders are underwater down here, including Regal. The fact they haven’t sold into the downtrend and instead chosen to buy suggests they’re wanting to average down or see a possible turnaround. Adding 1.6M when the other 29M was purchased at much higher prices won’t get you back to even but it’s a start.
