You are right GeoFiji it probably is rain delayed, but that is not the point. BMR, is a business, you have to keep investors up to date, not hear it from someone on HotCopper. I have a great deal of faith in BMR and I think this company will hit the big one, but they are under an obligation, to report delays, which effect the price of the shares. An example: A company announces they are going into production in May. People buys shares on that information. May comes and nothing happens? Management, tells its shareholders nothing. The shares collapse, as people think they have been deceived, and try to get their money out. The company then reports that a secretary had the week of and didn't announce production had started. The share opens a lot higher than when the poor bugger bought them. he can't buy back in and has suffered a loss.
