so the more they recieve at 9.5 cents the less they need to buy at a higher price. good for holders. sadly the offer in the post says 9.5 cents is much higher than recent prices, which came down to CR discount price at about 7 cents. the letter to reject the offer came later. wonder what happens between now and july 18th, time for one more bid higher or 2?
