    Suspect they will just keep the offer live and keep accumulating at 9.5c. Imo they are in no rush but see a big opportunity in AZI in the future.

    if they do up the offer then it will be because they want to increase their holdings quicker which would indicate a rerate announcement would be expected in the coming months.
