Hopefully all holders read announcements. In order to short successfully, they still require holders to sell below their purchase price minus fee offered to the holder.
IMO, based on this announcement, don't sell using current trading patterns (although you could try and take a ride with them), sure, sell for any other reason. Otherwise you are being played.
Remember we have holders lending their shares as well to create the short position.
The key thing IMO at this stage, yes, they are shorting, but more importantly appear to be accumulating.
