i knew it couldn't of been mondrian. i used to always say mondrian were the manipulators, then just before AGM i realized it couldn't be them, whoever was manipulating apx while nasdaq/asx tech were crashing everyday, needed to buy 20% at least to pump the share price in the face of relentless selling day after day, and 1% requires a notice. day after day i waited for the notice from mondrian which never came, so i thought it was unlikely to be them, and i stopped mentioning mondrian in my posts. it's not state street either. sorry mondrian, wrongly accused you.
