How will the QAN share price react when their shareholders realise their holdings are being diluted to pay $4.75 a share for a company the market values at $3.45?
We need a promise of a fixed price for the QAN shares we want to dispose of the minute we are given them. QAN will almost certainly fall between the time the share exchange price is determined and the time we are able to transact the shares.
