Regal may be shorting shares, but it would be strange that they own a decent amount of shares and then also short it (which would be costly in something illiquid & small like this).......they could just sell a few shares if they believe the price will fall.

My point on Regal is that for a number of names that I hold and where they are on the register, rather than being a stable institutional long term holder, they behave like petulant toddlers at times and sell at the worse time which only hurts the larger position they have

I think they have a short/long portfolio. Not exactly sure how this works, but could be they use the short and long positions to hedge against big losses. Would this explain it?
