the average price for the parcel was over 10c. He is making money. If there is a raise soon then it’s unlikely to be at a price far off where we are now based of rough VWAPs.
maybe he had a tax obligation or bought a Ferrari?
still holding 90% of his position so thats got to be a good sign by the same accounting.
