Looks intentional to me, he resigned being a director last year but would have some idea how things are proceeding. Heading into the release of DFS and selling $500K doesn't look good to me. He basically sold from 12c all the way to 7c.
It is possible he is trying to clear cash for tax or CR that might be coming post FID... who knows but could have been better communicated atleast from the company.
