If price is going down means more shares are being sold than being bought, its not being accumulated if price goes down.

Look at the date, it was the 5/7/ 2022. You think they havent dumped more since then? We only got an update from 5/7 now which is the 10/8, over a month wait. So probably have to wait another month for the next disclosure, but as soon as they are under the 5% mark, they dont have to disclose anymore. Not a good group to have on the register.
" If you were looking to dump your stock you would sneak just below 5% and dump silently." exactly what they did with AHN, just get it slightly under, then dumped after they didnt need to disclose.
