Making the assumption that those were sold onto Nasdaq at the VWAP of $2.31 on the day of the brain mets news, that would amount to $2.01 million raised by Kazia. That could be a bad assumption to make. Hopefully the ATM program hasn't been in use since that day..."
Additionally, while it might not be "price sensitive", it's certainly a "psyche sensitive" announcement.
