Price is what you pay, value is what you receive!!!
Yes Goodman group is a very good well run company. But its share price is very expensive. Over pay for even a good company and the future returns are substandard.
Plenty of focus on these and other threads about how good the company is. Not enough focus on the price paid for that company (ie the share price).
Just my opinion, but with the market now focusing on valuations, its no wonder GMG share price is dropping!!
