The meeting was on 03.08.2022. I am guessing Jonathan Reynolds'talking point was false because Regal Funds Management withheld/did not file Form 604 in time to inform AHQ about the change of interests of its substantial holding.
Would a reasonable person expect a material impact on AHQ share price knowing Regal is selling down its holdings?
Is it worthwhile for ASX to investigate?
I am also guessing that AHQ did not see fit to investigate who are the major sellers after SP dropped by 76% in 4 days between 19.07.22 to 22.07.22. Regal sold down 1.28% of total AHQ shares on 21.07.2022 (please double-check my numbers.)
This announcement was released on Friday after the market is closed, would a reasonable person expect this announcement will have a material impact on AHQ share price on the date of its release?
I am hoping there will be an additional query from ASX to get to the bottom of this among other matters.
