Had he been involved in the recent capital raise, because it has been closed off, his money would be returned to him, which would have been at 70 cents.
Yes, 42c but it is outside the recent parameters of the CR. So at least we have his money in the bank, albeit at a lower price.
At this stage getting cash is paramount.
