By calculating the rate of off load and volume, I reckon Regul's have still got about 3mil more to go and the the bot is always on, on the sell side.. if you put a sell order over 50k instantly another order goes into market with 1 cents less for similar quantity.. thus this run down has to come to an end in a week or so.
