Good Morning Norway, Its a great deal for Mark - MRC's former CEO,

I will explain because I don't think you understand the agreement,

MRC originally paid $45k for the Lithium projects, where they gave one of the projects to Mark as part of his CEO settlement.
Mark has now completed $25k of additional exploration since April, and he is now looking to enter into a JV with TSC where he is the new CEO,

First of all, TSC has to pay $140k for additional exploration, then refund Mark the $25k he spent exploring the site over the past few months, After the exclusive rights have been completed, TSC will give Mark 250mil shares in TSC (5% shareholding) which is currently worth around $750k, this will secure TSC 51% of the project

He has certainly created a significant deal for himself and I am impressed how he can turn a project he received for free into such significant value for himself.
