The following table is from one of the announcements provided last week
If no one takes up their rights they will end up with 45% of the company, which looks really bad.
On the other side, they will see shareholder dilution next year (along with us) when MRC takes over 90% of Munglinup Graphite project, provided the company secures the EPA approval and moves forward with FID.
