I hope that IDX is in the sights of some wealthy M&A funds.
It's ripe for a takeover I think: rising revenue, good profitability, highish debt, high interest coverage by EBIT.
PE and earnings are high compared to other healthcare companies, has rising debt and free cash flow is decreasing a bit but operating expenses seem to be stable.
It's a good business just ticking along.
Ripe I say, ripe.
