My previous estimate of 48% was right. They are 52% now if they can't get anyone else to take the difference (who would be crazy enough?). The best part is APAC paid its loan back in the process - so made a motza on fees as well. Next step in this "steal of the century" is to delist PRX shares because it will fall below liquidity requirements. We have seen this playbook before!
