    For those who signed off on the sale of their DCN shares, get legal advice.You may be able to revoke the sale with a signed Revocation Oder citing unfair dealing by the DCN board not fulling informing them of their rights.
    A class action by one of the litigators may also be in order.
    There is no evidence that the old board deliberated and considered what was best fort shareholders.
