an alternative is that someone is taking advantage of life bio selling, thus making them sell low.
if i liked a company and knew a big holder was selling, id try and reduce the price to get their shares at a cheaper price.
i think at this stage, talk of takeovers and pbt2 could be a bit premature. happy to be mistaken though, thats for sure.
