No other questions as such hosh apart from an observation that Laughan Given (who is CEO of Ezycorp) has been on the CCV board since 2014 does not appear to have direct shareholding in CCV and neither does Timothy Jugsman (CFO of Ezycorp) who only recently joined the CCV board but does not appear to have any direct shareholding in CCV. Yet the company they are senior management in has increase its shareholding in CCV. The question I have without looking into it is how many direct shares do they both own in Ezycorp, if any, and if so are they increasing their indirect stake in CCV by stealth?
