I wouldn’t worry too much about them buying 3% each year. In fact it is a good thing as there are clearly some large holders who want out and so it is better to get these shares off the market as they create an overhang and drive the price down if sellers just dribble them out onto the market.

Even when they get 0ver 50% it will not change anything as they already have significant influence. Sounds like they are pretty happy with management, strategy and execution so no real change if they increase their stake. The only concern I would have right now is that a full blown take over would likely get over the line at 50 cents +/- . To me that grossly undervalues CCV.

good results will put a rocket under the SP sooner or later. in the meantime just take the fully franked Div.
