I am not sure that the price is being manipulated. Seems to me that there are some large holders ( sub 5%) that want out and are selling slowly to maximise their selling price and trying not to crash the SP. I think it is a bargain at this price but we will need to wait out the sellers before there is any appreciation in the SP.
