In my opinion this is why management won’t implement a buyback and avoid the question any time it’s brought up trotting out the same mumbo jumbo about an investment committee. A depressed share price is in the interests of Ezycorp as they creep towards control and Ezycorp appear to already control the board and management despite not yet having a majority stake.

We’ve 58m in the bank and a core business that’s spewing cash yet Sam seems content to see us trade at or around liquidation value. With nearly 3 years in the job the question is why?
