- A manager holding A$1.7M worth of a stock (8%) sells A$8.7K dollars worth of that stock (at avg $0.42)
This only makes sense if said manager wants to force the price lower...
- on the day the stock reopens after the placement announcement
- in a thin market
- dropping the price from the prior day's close of $0.475 to $0.43
