    So...
    1. Insto's threatened to boycott the raising if retail were involved...as per the webinar.
    2. A manager holding A$1.7M worth of a stock (8%) sells A$8.7K dollars worth of that stock (at avg $0.42)
    • on the day the stock reopens after the placement announcement
    • in a thin market
    • dropping the price from the prior day's close of $0.475 to $0.43
    This only makes sense if said manager wants to force the price lower...
