Correct -

So far, he has bought 112,694 shares on market for $221,418 (avg of $1.96 per share).

Today he received 2,307,925 shares through the cashless conversion.

He stated in the original announcement that he was aiming to buy on market, complete cashless conversion, and end up with more than 2.5m shares for the same outlay.

At this point in time, he is 79,381 shares short of the 2.5m goal and is $253,582 under the $475,000 it would have cost to convert.

Would be interesting to see if he looks to purchase the remaining shares on market. Coincidently, if Dr T were to purchase 79,080 more on market, that would result in a nice round figure of 16m fully paid ordinary shares, plus another 2m options to come.

.... This is all fun to look at, however, what I'm more interested in is some buying activity to get the SP back up so I can start counting my own money and not fantasizing about Dr T's...
