    I got a copy of the defence and basically Albertan government denies any damage as a result of land use / coal policy changes. I’m not a lawyer but have been involved in litigation and defence seems weak to me but then again it’s Canada and who knows how this all plays out

    I’m holding this as a lotto ticket
