Hawke's Point have committed to maintaining their stake in Rox. But they won't know how many shares they have to buy to maintain their stake until the share offer to retail investors is known and it doesn't close until 1st Dec, If the retail offer is undersubscribed they will buy fewer shares and if oversubscribed they will buy more but their % stake will remain the same.
